List of Editions

Letter designations are from my book, Harold Bell Wright's Books and Collectibles.  Editions I have discovered since publishing the book are in this "teal" green color.

a.  *Harper & Brothers. 1932, burgundy, gold letters, "First Edition/G-G," white dust jacket with pastel color illustration by Henry Pitz.

a2. Harper & Brothers, (second edition) (no copyright date, no printing date, no indication of First Edition, Second Edition, etc.) Cover is exactly like first edition: burgundy cloth with gold lettering. Has no 1932 at the bottom of the title page and no copyright notice on reverse of title page, only the misspelled "rinted in the U.S.A." Also the title on the title page is in a different font. The only second edition I am aware of turned up in a bookstore in Australia, so this may have been printed for that market.
